Our 30-Day Promise

If your item isn't a perfect fit, we'll happily exchange or refund it within 30 days of delivery. Pet parents deserve flexibility!

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@morlira.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item in its original condition (unworn, with tags if applicable)
  4. Ship it back using the prepaid label we send you
  5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return

What Can Be Returned?

  • ✅ Items in unworn, original condition
  • ✅ Items with original packaging
  • ✅ Items returned within 30 days of delivery

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • ❌ Personalized/custom items (engraved collars)
  • ❌ Items washed, worn, or damaged by use
  • ❌ Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Just include a photo of the issue when you email us.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
