How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@morlira.com with your order number and reason
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item in its original condition (unworn, with tags if applicable)
- Ship it back using the prepaid label we send you
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return
What Can Be Returned?
- ✅ Items in unworn, original condition
- ✅ Items with original packaging
- ✅ Items returned within 30 days of delivery
What Cannot Be Returned?
- ❌ Personalized/custom items (engraved collars)
- ❌ Items washed, worn, or damaged by use
- ❌ Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Just include a photo of the issue when you email us.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
