Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with MORLIRA. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if there is an issue.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to start a return

Email morlirashopyfi@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will review your request and provide instructions if approved.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.

Non-returnable items

Items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, personalized, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
